Connection help

Tell us your device model, app version, selected server and what happened. If offered in the app, you can choose to attach a technical report and preview it before sending. A report is optional.

Subscriptions and refunds

For Apple purchases, manage or cancel in your Apple subscriptions and use Restore purchases in the app for existing access. Apple cancellation instructions. For Android purchases, manage renewal through Google Play. Uninstalling BotChanger does not cancel a subscription.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email us with the subject “Privacy request”, or send a request through your existing in-app support conversation. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information relating to you, including support conversations and attached reports. We will verify ownership before disclosing or deleting records. A ticket number alone is not proof of ownership.

We may retain limited information needed for legal obligations, transaction disputes or abuse prevention, and will explain any applicable limitation. Deleting support data does not cancel your store subscription. Do not send your Apple or Google password, payment card details or verification codes.
