This Refund Policy applies to voucher purchases made through the Bot Changer voucher website. It explains when refunds may be granted and how refund/dispute actions affect voucher validity.

1. General Principle

Because vouchers are digital products that can be activated quickly, refund eligibility depends on usage, activation status, and payment risk outcomes.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Voucher code already redeemed/activated.
  • Voucher code expired due to missed activation deadline.
  • Voucher revoked for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
  • Chargeback/dispute where network or issuer determines customer liability.

3. Potentially Refundable Cases

  • Duplicate charge for the same order.
  • Payment captured but voucher not delivered due to confirmed internal failure.
  • Unauthorized payment confirmed by payment-network investigation.

4. Refund Review Process

  • Contact support with your order ID and purchase email.
  • We review payment state, voucher issuance logs, redemption records, and risk signals.
  • Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when technically possible.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a charge is disputed or refunded, related vouchers may be suspended or revoked during investigation. For bulk orders, batch-level actions may apply to prevent abuse.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refund settlement timing depends on Stripe, your card network, and issuing bank.

7. Regional Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants broader rights, those rights will prevail.
